Posting of Entries and Comments Disabled

Of late, the site has been attacked by spam, and this might have increased the CPU usage of my web host, and subsequently led to the suspension of this and my other sites. In an attempt to remedy the situation, I've disabled posting of entries and comments for now.

Thanks for understanding. Will keep you posted.

My web host had already fixed the problem at his side, and I was alredy able to enable posting of all kinds of content. The site for now is under observation. In the meantime, carry on.

All of the sister sites are experiencing crashing problems and me and
my web host are trying to find out what's causing it. In this regard,
I'm disabling temporarily the posting of content and comments while
we're trying to figure out what's wrong. Thanks for understanding.

Amazon has just informed me that The Tales of Beedle the Bard by J.K. Rowling is now available for pre-order at Amazon.com. This book of fairy tales was written to supplement the Harry Potter series and will be published in two new editions on December 4, 2008.

WriteLit.com is Back! Content Creation Enabled

After almost a month of upgrading the site, content creation is again enabled. It took a while for the site to be upgraded because this upgrade was a major one and there were some very tricky steps which I had to figure out. The difficulty of the upgrade combined with some personal issues which I had to take care of made this upgrade longer than I had intended.

To serve you better, and improve the site, we are upgrading from Drupal 4.7 to Drupal 5.0 so I've disabled creation and updating of content in the meantime.
